La Bella Vida is a community like no other in the state of Idaho... The core features will be 3 Engineered Lakes. One lake optimized for waterskiing, one optimized for wakeboarding and the third designed for fishing, canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding.
Additional open space will include a Soccer Field, walking paths and a sports court. In addition, these options and open space will create an active lifestyle community for all to enjoy.
La Bella Vida will be a Activity Centered Community. If it's fishing on the private stocked ponds or Boise River, Jogging on bike paths, paddling in the canoe, a waterski run through (slalom course), or just relaxing and watching your friends and family have a good time.
